Small wood pellet mill introduction

The D-type B series small capacity wood pellet mill is designed with half-covered electric motor (different from C series with fully covered electric motor), and has compact structure. The feeding hopper has large diameter, which is easy for raw material feeding. The flat die rotating design makes it suitable for softwood pelletizing and crop waste pelletizing. The highest hour capacity can be 250-400kg/h.

This B series D-type small wood pellet mill can also realize dry-in and dry-out. The pressing between roller and flat die can even increase the temperature to 80℃, so that the wood pellets have smooth surface and uniform particles with certain hardness.

Users can choose different die hole diameters and compression ratio depending on own needs, in order to get the best technical and economical benefits.

Flat die small wood pellet mill D-type structure features

1. The gear box adopts premium grey cast iron with low noise and good shock resistance.
2. It applies bevel gear drive, which has higher efficiency than belt drive and worm gear drive; it can also avoid the defects of belt creep in belt drive and short life span of belt.
3. The pellet mill machine shell is added a reinforcing rib, and the casting thickened, so that the machine strength is enhanced, and the shell fracture is avoided.
4. Both roller and flat die adopts high quality alloy steel with hardness 55-60HRC.
5. The small pellet mill has the hole structure most suitable for processing sawdust. We also obtained the best die hole compression ratio for common seen biomasses through countless trials and errors.
6. It has safe electronic control system, which can completely meet CE operation standard. It is also designed with an Emergency Stop button, which can stop the machine immediately in case of emergency.
